Maserati Quattroporte

The Maserati Quattroporte S features a new Ferrari-designed and -built 4.7 liter V8 engine to further exploit the exceptional handling and balance of this sensational sedan. Its responsive 4.7 liter engine was developed to ensure fluid gear changes and high performance, resulting in a drive that is both comfortable and captivating. Producing 425-horsepower, the V8 engine pushes the Quattroporte S to a top speed of 174 mph and 0-60 mph acceleration time of just 5.3 seconds.
The Quattroporte Sport GT S is the sportier version of the Maserati Quattroporte range. Equipped with the MC-Auto Shift software package for racing-style control of gear changes, it is fitted with the most powerful engine in the Quattroporte line. The Quattroporte Sport GT S is Capable of 433 HP at 7,100 rpm and a maximum torque of 361 lt-fb at 4,750 rpha m, it raises the car’s performance to unprecedented levels.
Maserati GranTurismo
The Maserati GranTurismo is the latest in Maserati long line of coupes which have refined the Grand Touring concept since 1946. With the Ferrari-designed 405bhp 4.2 liter V8 engine and optimal balance, the aggressively sophisticated GranTurismo reaches a top speed of 177 mph and a 0 to 60mph acceleration of just 5.1 seconds. The Maserati GranTurismo engine is coupled to a highly-efficient automatic transmission that sets new standards for performance cars. This transmission is capable and strong enough to change gears up to 7,200rpm.
The Maserati GranTurismo S boasts a more powerful 4.7 liter, V8 engine that can generate 433-horsepower at 7,000 rpm, producing a maximum torque of 361 lb ft of torque Nm at 4,750 rpm. The Maserati GranTurismo S is equipped with a sequential robotic gearbox that can be used in two ways: manual and automatic. Manual mode is for those who prefer a sportier driving; the automatic mode is designed for the times when the driver does not want to actively be involved in up shifting or downshifting. Lotus is a British sports car made in Norfolk. The company was formed by Colin Chapman in 1952. The company had instant success both on the racing tracks and as a sports sedan. However, like all car companies in the 70s, Lotus also went through financial difficulties and had many new owners.
When Colin Chapman died in 1982, the car had already established itself as a premier car on the road racing circuit. In l986, the company was sold to GM and then went through several more ownerships.
Lotus also made a name by providing engineering design consultancy to other car companies like Opal, Saab and Saturn. Lotus engineering has also helped produce the Cortina, Vauxhall, Dodge spirit, Tesla Roadster, Toyota supra and Europa.
Lotus archived its greatest success on the Formula one circuit giving challenge to Ferrari for the Formula one championship for the past 30 years.
Today, the Elise has been introduced to the North American market. Sleek, with a Toyota engine it is a classy sports car. Other models in the US include the Exige which still needs to make a name.
Today Lotus has incorporated the Aluminum Performance Crossover for its new mid sized cars. These high powered, front mounted V6 engines have been available for some time in the USA.
In 2007, Lotus decided to make some new models of cars in the USA. The models to be developed in the USA include the Excel and the Spirit. For the future, Lotus engineering has dedicated itself to developing a new generation of hybrid and electric vehicles.
