The following is a presentation on KCC protocol and sevices and the gluten/casein free diet including the "how" and "why" it can help your child.

This diet has been implemented at the Kentuckiana Children's Center which is a treatment facility caring for those with special needs for 44 years. The doctors, as well as other clinicians at the Center have found this diet to make dramatic differences in the quality of life and functionability of children with autism.
